Order Processing: We know you’re eager to receive your Decora Home order, so we process orders quickly. Most orders are prepared for shipment within 1–2 business days after payment is confirmed. (Local curbside pickup orders can be ready in as little as 2 hours.) Once processed, orders are handed off to our shipping partners promptly.

Shipping Destinations: We ship internationally! Our site supports many currencies (EUR, USD, GBP, CAD, AUD, JPY, INR), which means we serve customers across Europe, North America, Asia, and beyond. In other words, whether you’re in the US, Netherlands, UK, Canada, Australia, Japan, India, or many other countries, we can deliver your home décor directly to you. (If a product is unusually large or restricted, we’ll note any shipping limitations at checkout.)

Estimated Delivery Times: Delivery times vary by destination. Typically, shipments within Europe (including the Netherlands, our home base) arrive in about 5–10 business days. For farther destinations (North America, Asia, etc.), standard delivery often takes 2–4 weeks. We always strive to ship your order as quickly as possible, and you’ll receive an estimated delivery date when you complete checkout. (Please note that these are estimates – occasional delays can occur due to customs processing, local holidays, or unforeseen events.)

Shipping Rates: We offer free standard shipping on all orders over $90. For orders under $90, shipping charges depend on the size of your order and your location; the exact cost will be calculated at checkout. In other words, small orders may incur a modest flat or weight-based fee, while larger orders (above $90) ship for free. (All charges are transparently displayed before you complete your purchase.)

Carriers & Tracking: We partner with trusted global carriers to deliver your items safely. Depending on destination and package size, carriers may include USPS, FedEx, DHL, or local postal services. Once your order ships, we’ll send you a confirmation email with a tracking number. This way you can follow your package’s journey online until it arrives at your door.

Customs, Duties & Taxes: For international orders, please keep in mind that your country’s import duties, taxes, or customs fees (if any) are the responsibility of the customer. Shipping Delays & Lost Packages: We do our best to deliver on schedule, but sometimes factors beyond our control (weather, carrier delays, customs holds, etc.) can slow things down. If your shipment is taking longer than expected, please bear with us – we’ll work with the carrier to track it down. If a package is lost or damaged in transit, contact our customer support right away (either by email or chat).
